... is an Office tool for the preparation of reports to comply with EPA reporting regulations for home builders. EPA Assistant 1.0 reduces the amount of superintendent time required to produce the Major Constructions Activities (MCA) report and the SWPPP Inspection (SWP3) reports. In some cases, the MCA report requires no superintendent preparation, and inspection reports require a single click. The superintendent, with a click, prepares a signed report, stored electronically until such time as a paper copy is required.
EPA Assistant 1.0 maintains an inspection schedule for each superintendent. The superintendent or the community manager can be advised by email if the inspections get behind.

The organization is pretty simple: Utilities, Printing, and Entry. The gray words on the right side of the screen are user information from the computer system. This enables the program to track assignments for a specific superintentent, even though the company shares the database. |
